Product Applications

The product is widely used in on - line detection and analysis of hydrogen content in explosion - proof and non-explosion - proof scenarios during industrial production processes such as water electrolysis for hydrogen and oxygen production, fertilizers, petrochemicals, air separation, and biological fermentation.

Basic Principle

This instrument uses a fuel - cell - type electrochemical sensor, usually composed of silver and lead electrodes immersed in an electrolyte. The measured gas diffuses through a gas - permeable membrane to the electrodes, where a chemical reaction occurs, enabling the measurement of oxygen content.
